Bluebell Bakery focuses on high-quality ingredients.

It is known in the local community for offering a wide variety of freshly baked bread, cakes, cookies, and pastries.

Bluebell Bakery is set to open in Ipswich, England, and will be managed by Mary, operating three or four days a week. Our bakery offers classic French and Spanish pastries, creative desserts, and custom-made birthday and wedding cakes.

We will feature Chinese-style bread made by baker Ying monthly, bringing a unique taste experience, and host community baking classes to let customers enjoy the joy of baking together.

What We Bake

Bluebell Bakery is dedicated to using high-quality, fresh ingredients and is well-loved in the local community for its wide selection of freshly baked bread, cookies, and pastries.
Our family member Ying, with her Chinese heritage, brings fresh creativity and unique flavors to the bakery. Each week, we will introduce Chinese-style bread and wontons, as well as custom cakes inspired by Ying’s expertise from her French pastry training.

Our Bakers

Mary: Baking has always been my way of bringing people together. I specialize in crafting traditional country bread and baguettes, always using the freshest ingredients. My creations, from wedding and celebration cakes to scones, cookies, and cupcakes, are made with care and a touch of home. Most of my bakes are available by pre-order, ensuring they’re as fresh and special as possible.

Ying: Since moving to the UK at 15, I’ve been inspired by Mary’s baking and her stories. I love experimenting with flavors, and combining Asian and European influences to create unique offerings.
